No, Personal training is an add-on to the silver membership. You would receive customized specific programming, nutrition counseling, a trainer to hold you accountable and to train you to be autonomous.

We are open 24x7 to all members but our office hours are generally as follows:
M-F: 6am-7pm
Sat: 8am- 12pm
Sun: Closed
