Our group class is the ultimate strength + conditioning program designed to optimize physical competence. You don’t need to have any prior experience to get started, all it takes is an open mind and a desire to learn!

Interested in learning the sport of powerlifting? We are proud to call our gym Wake Forests’ first powerlifting friendly training facility, complete with IPF approved, competition ready equipment and our very own USAPL Certified Powerlifting Coach and Nationals Competitor.

Personal Training

Individualized, private fitness training in a one-on-one setting with your very own Red Dog Professional Fitness Coach. Set goals and maximize your results in the shortest amount of time. We design a plan for your unique body, needs & goals.

Looking to bulk up and get stronger in the off-season? Tired of decreased performance due to nagging injuries during a grueling season? Our youth performance programs are tailored to the specific demands of any sport. I’m new to Red Dog and I’m also new to CrossFit. Walking into this gym on day one I knew I’d fit right in. Tanya, Chase, David, and Pat are all amazing coaches. Since I had never done CrossFit before, I was (and still am!) pretty unfamiliar with the movements. All of the coaches focus on the client’s form and give great feedback. Best coaches around! I've exceeded my previous fitness goals since starting here over two years ago and have enjoyed Red Dog's unique AMAZING COMMUNITY..... Really encouraging and supportive of all their athletes, espiecially development of youth. I highly recommend getting younger athletes interested in both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting as a sport or using it as strength and conditioning for other sports. The coaches really know and understand proper technique and movement and will stress keeping weights low until the athlete has developed correct form. Best CrossFit gym in Wake Forest!❤️ (and the world)
