Our group class is the ultimate strength + conditioning program designed to optimize physical competence. You don’t need to have any prior experience to get started, all it takes is an open mind and a desire to learn!

Interested in learning the sport of powerlifting? We are proud to call our gym Wake Forests’ first powerlifting friendly training facility, complete with IPF approved, competition ready equipment and our very own USAPL Certified Powerlifting Coach and Nationals Competitor.

Personal Training
Individualized, private fitness training in a one-on-one setting with your very own Red Dog Professional Fitness Coach. Set goals and maximize your results in the shortest amount of time. We design a plan for your unique body, needs & goals.

Youth Performance Enhancement
Looking to bulk up and get stronger in the off-season? Tired of decreased performance due to nagging injuries during a grueling season? Our youth performance programs are tailored to the specific demands of any sport. By focusing on the young athlete’s foundational level of strength and quality of movement, we are able to increase explosiveness and work capacity while decreasing the likelihood of injury.
